Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied that this is the best jewelry at the best price, return your purchase unworn within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money or credit-card charge. Any piece damaged in shipment should be returned within 30 days of receipt for our replacement shipment within 10 days.
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY Online jewelers will usually accept returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THIS 30-DAY PERIOD. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns need to be packaged in their original box or appropriately secure packaging. We will not accept returns shipped in envelopes or soft packaging. You must insure your return package and send your return "return receipt requested" with a tracking number. They will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail without an insurance receipt and a tracking number.
